Prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.

* Payment cannot be confirmed;
* Incorrect information has been supplied;
* We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;

If payment has already been received for an order that we cannot fulfil, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
6. Payment

Depending on availability, payment options may include electronic funds transfer (EFT), bank deposit, cash on delivery or an approved electronic/card payment method.
Orders requiring advance payment may only be prepared or dispatched once payment has been successfully confirmed.

7. Delivery
Four20SA offers delivery to eligible locations subject to availability, operating hours, delivery capacity and the delivery option selected.
Any delivery times displayed or communicated are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Traffic, weather, courier availability, unusually high order volumes, security conditions and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, contact number and any necessary delivery instructions.
Additional delivery charges may apply where a delivery must be attempted again because incorrect information was supplied or the recipient was unavailable.
8. Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect their order promptly after receiving it.
Any damaged, defective, missing or incorrectly supplied product should be reported to Four20SA as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs, videos, the order number or other reasonable information to investigate the issue.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, replacements, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African consumer protection legislation.
Certain consumable, perishable, opened, used or hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
10. Promotions, Discounts & Complimentary Gifts
Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles and complimentary gifts may be subject to additional conditions communicated with the relevant promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot necessarily be combined.
Complimentary products or gifts have no independent cash redemption value unless otherwise required by law.
Four20SA may modify or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to orders already accepted and applicable law.
