We currently offer:

  • Nationwide Courier Delivery to most major cities and towns across South Africa.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum order of R350 applies to all purchases.

Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible during our operating hours.

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received (where applicable), our team will begin preparing your order for dispatch.

Orders placed outside of operating hours will be processed on the next business day.

Same-Day Delivery (Gauteng)

Eligible Gauteng orders may qualify for same-day delivery, subject to:

  • Delivery location
  • Order volume
  • Driver availability
  • Confirmation of payment
  • Stock availability

While we strive to meet all same-day delivery requests, this service cannot be guaranteed during periods of exceptionally high demand or unforeseen circumstances.

Nationwide Courier Delivery

Orders outside Gauteng are shipped via trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional or outlying areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Delivery Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any promotional free delivery offers will be clearly displayed on the website and may be subject to minimum purchase requirements.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no visible indication of the contents wherever reasonably possible.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that someone aged 21 years or older is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Four20SA cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete contact information
  • Incorrect phone numbers
  • Failure to respond to delivery communications

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Although we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Ownership of the products remains with Four20SA until full payment has been received.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Where possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the products received
  • A description of the issue

We will investigate and work towards a fair resolution.

Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect delivery information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

may incur additional delivery charges before re-dispatch.

Force Majeure

Four20SA shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, courier disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances.
