How visitor delivery works
Place an order through the website, enter the supported delivery address and select the available delivery option at checkout. Tell us your accommodation details and preferred handover timing in the order notes or via Contact Us. The property must permit handover, and delivery remains subject to address verification, product availability, capacity and operating hours.
Hotel and accommodation delivery
- Hotel delivery is available where the property permits a discreet handover at reception or another agreed point.
- Guesthouse and serviced-apartment delivery may be possible for supported addresses.
- Delivery around check-in or checkout can be requested where operationally practical.
- OR Tambo-area hotel delivery may be possible; products cannot be carried onto aircraft or across international borders.
Visitor bundles
For a one-night stay, ask about the Stopover package. For a two- or three-night visit, see the Joburg Weekend package. Current bundle contents, product eligibility and pricing are confirmed on the relevant product or checkout page.
Delivery areas and timing
Supported Johannesburg and Pretoria addresses may qualify for same-day delivery when capacity allows. The express target is approximately 60–120 minutes after order and payment confirmation, subject to traffic, address, driver availability, product availability and demand. Nationwide courier delivery is available for eligible non-urgent orders outside the local network.

- Check reception or property handover rules before placing the order.
- Review the delivery guide and the FAQ for fees, minimums and timing.
- Products must not be carried onto aircraft or across international borders; customers remain responsible for applicable travel, aviation and customs rules.
