FOUR20SA — JOHANNESBURG
Established in Johannesburg in 2016, Four20SA was created around a simple idea: cannabis should be presented with the same level of consideration, information and experience expected from any other premium product.
We believe quality is not only about what is inside the package. It is also about how products are selected, understood, presented, ordered and delivered.
01 / OUR STORY
Four20SA began in Johannesburg in 2016 and has evolved alongside South Africa's changing cannabis landscape.
From the beginning, our focus has been on creating a more considered experience around cannabis — one built around product selection, discretion, information and service.
Rather than trying to fill a catalogue with as many products as possible, Four20SA focuses on curating products into understandable collections and quality tiers.
Today, our collection includes selected indoor and greenhouse flower, pre-rolls, edibles, oils, concentrates, vapes, accessories and curated bundles.
02 / OUR APPROACH
We believe more choice does not automatically create a better experience.
Our approach is to curate products and organise them in a way that makes discovering and comparing cannabis easier.
Where reliable information is available, our product pages provide context around strain type, stated cannabinoid content, terpene characteristics, aroma, genetics, product tier and available formats.
03 / QUALITY
A strain name or THC percentage alone does not tell the whole story.
Cannabis can differ according to genetics, cultivation environment, cannabinoid composition, terpene profile, flower structure, aroma and individual batch.
Four20SA aims to present useful product information alongside the product itself so customers can make more informed comparisons.
Cannabinoid and terpene information may vary between batches and should be treated as batch-specific where applicable.
04 / DELIVERY
Four20SA was established in Johannesburg and continues to serve supported addresses across Johannesburg, Pretoria and Gauteng.
Eligible orders can receive discreet same-day delivery depending on location, stock availability, operating hours and delivery capacity.
The minimum order for Gauteng same-day delivery is R350. Eligible non-urgent orders may also be sent by nationwide courier to supported destinations within South Africa.
05 / DISCRETION
Privacy has always been an important part of the Four20SA experience.
From online ordering to fulfilment and delivery, our service is designed to provide a discreet and considered customer experience.
06 / OUR STANDARD
Four20SA is not designed to feel like a conventional cannabis store.
Our ambition is to combine product curation, technology, information, visual design and service into one coherent experience.
Every part of the brand — from our digital storefront and strain profiles to product presentation and delivery — should feel considered.
