Delivery

Where does FOUR20SA deliver?

Local delivery is available across supported Johannesburg and Pretoria addresses, subject to availability, capacity and address verification. Nationwide courier delivery is available for eligible non-urgent orders outside the local network.

How much is delivery?

Standard Gauteng delivery is R90. EFT-supported Gauteng delivery is R120 where applicable. Nationwide courier is R150. Free delivery over R750 applies in eligible areas. Priority delivery pricing and availability are confirmed at checkout.

Is same-day delivery available?

Same-day delivery may be available in supported Gauteng areas when capacity allows. Johannesburg and Pretoria orders may qualify for an express target of approximately 60–120 minutes after order and payment confirmation, subject to address, traffic, driver availability, product availability and demand.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum same-day Gauteng order is R350. Checkout will confirm whether an order qualifies for the selected delivery option.

Visitors and hotels

We can deliver eligible orders to hotels, guesthouses and serviced apartments where the property permits handover. See Visitor Concierge, Hotel Delivery Johannesburg, Stopover and Joburg Weekend options. Delivery around check-in or checkout may be arranged where operationally possible. OR Tambo-area hotel delivery may be possible, but products may not be carried onto aircraft or across international borders.

Products and tiers

How do I choose between product tiers?

Boutique Indoor is our highest premium indoor tier, selected for batch quality and presentation. Premium Indoor is the tier below it. Indoor and Greenhouse describe the growing environment; the product page contains the current profile and availability.

Our range may include indoor and greenhouse flower, pre-rolls, edibles, oils, concentrates, tinctures, accessories and curated bundles. Same-day eligibility depends on address, product availability and delivery capacity.

Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Browse the Shop, choose eligible products, add them to your cart and complete checkout. Delivery and payment options shown at checkout apply to that order. WhatsApp support can help with product selection, but orders are completed through the website.

What payment methods are available?

Available payment methods vary and are shown during checkout. Contact Contact Us if you need help with an EFT or payment query. Order status or tracking is provided where supported.

Bulk, support and packaging

Retailers and trade partners can use Bulk & Trade to submit larger-volume requirements. Orders are packed discreetly. For order, delivery, product or general support, use Contact Us.
