How quickly can delivery arrive?
Express delivery targets approximately 60–120 minutes after order and payment confirmation for eligible addresses. This is a target rather than a guarantee; timing depends on address, distance, traffic, stock, operating hours, demand and driver capacity.
What is the minimum order for local same-day delivery?
The minimum local same-day order is R350. Available delivery methods and fees are confirmed for your address at checkout.
What should I provide at checkout?
Enter the full accommodation address, the guest or booking name when needed, any appropriate access or handover instructions, and a reachable phone or WhatsApp number. Share only details needed to complete and coordinate the delivery.
Can you deliver to my room?
Handover depends on the accommodation’s policies. Some properties require external deliveries to be collected from reception, a lobby, security or the main entrance.
Does free delivery apply to every order?
No. Free delivery over R750 applies only to eligible methods and locations. The checkout options for your address confirm whether the order qualifies.
Can I take products on a flight or across a border?
No travel permission is implied by this service. Customers must check and follow applicable aviation, customs and destination requirements. Four20SA delivery does not arrange transport onto aircraft or across international borders.
